The UCF Business Incubator – Central Florida Research Park the former UCFTI was established in 1999 to support emerging high technology companies and help them become financially stable business enterprises. The approximately 47,000 sq. feet incubator, now is a mixed use site, and is located in the two buildings, the University Tech Center and the Bennet Complex both in the Central Florida Research Park. The incubator was created in a UCF partnership with Orange County, the City of Orlando, and the Florida High Technology Corridor Council.

This 40,000 square foot facility is located on Progress Drive in the Central Florida Research Park and provides flexible space for incubator clients that need larger facilities or that need space suitable for laboratory or production activities. This facility typically houses 10-20 person operations that require 1,000-7,000 square feet of office space.

The UCF Business Incubator - Leesburg. This incubator is a partnership between UCF, Lake County Government, the City of Leesburg and the Florida High Tech Corridor Council. The incubator is located in a newly renovated building next to Leesburg City Hall. The facility features 4,000 square feet of office space, a big conference room, a big lunch area, and a nice welcoming reception area. Every new client in this facility is provided with nice office furniture and also with an all in one printer/scan/copier to ensure the clients get a good start with the business adventure. The office of the local Small Business Development Center is also located in the building.

The UCF Business Incubator - Orlando opened in December, 2007. This site was created in a partnership with the City of Orlando. The incubator has recently been expanded and now covers a total of 6.000 sq. feet. and has a spacious feel with many common areas, and a very big training room. The incubator is located very close to Down Town Orlando and the Executive Airport. Some important benefits at this location are the many free parking spaces, and furniture for the offices can be provided, but it is optional.

The UCF Business Incubator – Photonics UCF Campus is housed in the Center for Research & Education in Optics & Lasers (CREOL) on the UCF Main Campus in East Orlando.  This site offers approximately 21,000 sq. feet. of laboratory space for technology development partnerships between industry and UCF researchers.  Supported by funding from the US Economic Development Administration, the facility is accelerating the movement of innovative laser and optics technology into the marketplace.

September 2009, the UCF Business Incubator - Sanford opened it doors. The 3800 sq. feet incubator is positioned in a beautiful historical building in the center of downtown Sanford on 1^st Street. The facility offers office space, along with coaching, training, and meeting space.  UCF Business Incubation Program personnel, Seminole County's Small Business Development Center, SCORE, and local volunteers will team up to provide support to the incubator's client companies.  

UCF Business Incubator - St. Cloud is currently under construction and will be opening in early 2010. The finished incubator will be 14,000 sq. feet. Here we will follow the process of getting the building ready for inauguration, and current pictures from the construction site will be posted.  Applications for admission to the incubator are now being accepted.

UCF Business Incubator - Winter Springs opened its doors in 2008 to serve high growth startups in Seminole County.  The incubator is a partnership between UCF, Seminole County Government, the City of Winter Springs and the Florida High Tech Corridor Council.  The modern facility, conveniently located in the Vistawilla Office Center building on East S.R. 434 at the 414 on/off ramp, features 10,000 square feet of space, and includes flexible office space, a conference/training room, boardroom, mini-conference rooms, a café and networking areas, metro-Ethernet fiber connectivity, a reception area, and some office equipment.
