The UCF Business Incubator - Orlando opened in December,
2007. This site was created in a partnership with the
City of Orlando. The incubator has recently been expanded
and now covers a total of 6.000 sq. feet. and has
a spacious feel with many common areas, and a very big
training room. The incubator is located very close to
Down Town Orlando and the Executive Airport. Some important
benefits at this location are the many free parking spaces,
and furniture for the offices can be provided, but it
is optional.

Many people
have helped to make the Orlando site a success! Orlando City
Commissioner Betty T. Wyman, the City of Orlando, the Economic
Development Department, and the University of Central Florida
have all been instrumental in the development of the location
originally called Orlando Business Development Center 2 (OBDC2)
that now after the expansion has been renamed the UCF
Business Incubator - Orlando.
