September 2009, the UCF Business Incubator - Sanford opened
it doors. The 3800 sq. feet incubator is positioned in a beautiful
historical building in the center of downtown Sanford on 1st Street.
The facility offers office space, along with coaching, training,
and meeting space. UCF Business Incubation Program personnel,
Seminole County's Small Business Development Center, SCORE, and
local volunteers will team up to provide support to the
incubator's client companies.
