September 2009, the UCF Business Incubator - Sanford opened it doors. The incubator is positioned in a beautiful historical building in the center of downtown Sanford on 1st Street. Due to the perfect location and an enormous interest from the entrepreneurs in the area the incubator in June 2010 expanded to almost double size - now having a total of 5850 sq. feet. The facility offers office space, along with coaching, training, and meeting space.
