to increase your chances of closing the sale once you're in front
of the potential client?
Join us for the second part of our "making the sale" series
as we take a detailed look at the most critical elements of the
selling process. Learn how to effectively drive the selling process
to a successful conclusion!
The workshop will cover such topics as:
- Building rapport
- Identifying the client's needs through the art of asking
questions
- Tailoring the presentation to each customer
- Tips for overcoming objections
- Closing techniques
- Learn how to identify the social style of your buyer
and adjust yours to "match"

the workshop with tons of tools you can put to immediate use.

Cyndi Gundy and Nicole Howatt are sales instructors in the College
of Business Administration at the University of Central Florida.
Known for their dynamic, interactive teaching style, Cyndi and
Nicole train hundreds of students each year in professional selling,
e-marketing, marketing management, international marketing.
