On June 16th, Brian Nelson
and Howard Gitten of Edwards & Angell, LLP will be
conducting a Lunch & Learn session where they will
be giving an informative 45-minute presentation on IP basics. This
session will help you to understand
the differences between patents, trade secrets, trademarks
and copyrights. You will also learn how to leverage technology
assets by establishing and maintaining ownership rights
through internal controls, registration and effective contracts.
Brian practices in the private equity
venture capital group and technology transactions
group at E&A. He also has intellectual property
experience. Howard brings private sector experience
to his practice with E&A as a patent attorney.
