High Performance is the goal of every competitive organization. However,
few understand fully how to achieve it. To achieve High
Performance, an Entrepreneur must understand the “Art
of Navigation”. The foundation of successful Navigation
is based upon clear and concise communication of goals and
expectations throughout the organization. It focuses
on the fundamentals necessary to identify and execute on a
daily basis the ‘little things” which are so critical
to maintaining a focused course. By doing so, the Entrepreneur
remains focused on the tried and true abilities and strengths
currently within the organization and does not seek change
for changes sake…only when require. Centered on
communication, the objective of this presentation is to describe
the key steps necessary for an Entrepreneur to sharpen his
or her focus on the key areas that are vital to achieving high
performance. Key areas that will be covered include:
- Crafting the Vision
- Identifying the Mission
- Executing the Tactics
- Building the Team
- Establishing the Communication
- Resources
Instructor: Dwain Deville, CEO and Founder, WaterMark
International, Inc.
Watermark International serves as a comprehensive resource
center for corporate leaders who truly want to enhance their
skills in leadership, planning, finance and capital raising
in order to compete in today’s rapidly changing, highly
competitive landscape. After 15 years in the financial
services/banking industry working with businesses to enhance
their business operations, Dwain spent the next 12 years “rolling
up his sleeves” and working with hundreds of startup
and early stage companies to improve their business performance. The
challenges he faced and the insights he gained gave him the
basis for developing his TEAM (The Executive Achievement Model)
process which provides a solid Navigation Plan for his clients. The
Navigation Plan grounds an organization and its employees in
reality, defines the how and the why and provides a road map
that many organizations lack.
