As the complexity of the marketplace increases, so does the need to hone in on market opportunities that face marketing directors, CEOs and related sales marketing staff. Competitive challenges place heavy demands on those in marketing management to make wise choices. Which market will be the easiest to enter? How do I position myself against the competition effectively? These questions and many more need to be resolved before a balanced decision can be made.  This presentation will focus on understanding marketing research, its processes, its uses, and its deliverables. The objective is to provide executives with an understanding of how best to use market research as it relates to launching a new product, service or company.
