In today’s business environment, those companies
that identify and properly manage their intellectual property
assets have a competitive advantage. How do you know
if you have intellectual property? How do you build your business
strategy around those assets? How does your intellectual
property impact your relationship with customers, competitors,
partners, and investors? Is it really worth all that
money to secure solid IP protection?
Join us as William Grimm, GrayRobinson P.A., and Peter
McAlindon, President/CEO of Keybowl Inc. and BlueOrb, share
their insights and experience in the following areas:
- IP as a business asset
- Overview of types of IP
- How IP presents significant opportunities to create value
as well as potential threats.
- You can save money-or make money- if you have your IP ducks
in a row before a deal.
- Understanding the issues in IP due diligence that can significantly
affect the value of the enterprise
