"Building a High Performance Company: Dashboard Metrics Every CEO Should Know"

Thursday, January 25th
8:30 am to 10:30 am

Most business owners need 4-5 key numbers to run their business.  These are the "dashboard dials" they use (or should be using) to drive the company forward.

Understanding these numbers and why they are important is critical to helping you guide your clients and your company.

  • Sales versus Real Sales
  • Gross Profit - why CEOs think it's wrong on financial statements and why they are right
  • Overhead Rate versus Burn Rate - which is more important and why
  • Net Profit - what does that mean and why is it important
  • Cash and Cash Flow - how often should it be monitored
