Many businesses are not aware of or paying sufficient attention to The Economic Stimulus Act of 2008. This act can help businesses that
make a profit reduce taxes. Businesses generating a 2008 loss might be able to attain money in the form of tax refunds. But you need to strategize
to maximize the advantages the Act may offer you.
In addition, the recent federal financial bailout bill offers benefits for everyone. While the legislation was motivated by a rescue plan
for troubled financial institutions, Congress took the occasion to pass a broad array of tax provisions. And most of these are taxpayer friendly.
