Due to the ongoing budget crisis the Office of Research & Commercialization
has elected to postpone the inaugural UCF Innovation
Showcase until 2010. Anyone who pre-registered for the
event will be contacted and reimbursed.
Anyone who had planned to attend the Innovation Showcase
is encouraged to take advantage of an opportunity to
learn more about UCF's laser and optics research and
technology at the annual Center for Research and Education
in Optics and Lasers (CREOL) Industrial Affiliates Day
on April 17. The theme this year is "High Power
Optical Sources for the 21st Century." Events are
open to all and there is no admission charge however
participants are asked to register at http://www.creol.ucf.edu/Partnerships/Affiliates/AffiliatesDay2009/
