UCF Business Incubator - St. Cloud opened in June of 2010 to serve high growth entrepreneurial companies.  The 14,200 sq. ft. incubator is a state of the art, class A office facility.  

Located in the new high tech Stevens Plantation Business Park, we provide offices, meeting space, shared equipment, high speed fiber, resources, training & coaching for entrepreneurs. 

Directions from Kissimmee:  East on Hwy 192 to South on Old Canoe Creek Rd., Left on W. New Nolte Rd. into Stevens Plantation and then Left on Budinger – facility is on that corner.

Directions from Orlando if using Cash for Tolls: South on the Florida Turnpike off of I-4, take Exit 244 – Hwy 192 and follow directions above from Kissimmee. 

Directions from Orlando for E-Pass Users: South on the Florida Turnpike off of I-4, take Exit 240 ‘Kissimmee Park Rd.’ and take a Left, take next Left on Old Canoe Creek Road and next Right on W. New Nolte Rd. into Stevens Plantation and then Left on Budinger – facility is on that corner.
