Orlando, Fla. (February 26, 2003) - Tech Solutions, Inc., a University of Central Florida Technology Incubator company, recently won a major contract with Lockheed Martin, one of the largest weapons manufacturers. Pamela McCauley Bell, president and chief executive officer at Tech Solutions, said the contract could be worth $100,000 to more than $1 million over the next year.
McCauley Bell said her company will provide engineering and technical support at Lockheed Martin's Enterprise Information Systems Group in East Orlando, where the firm will be responsible for an array of information systems developed for Dept. of Defense and other government contractors, and will manage Lockheed Martin's information systems at its Missiles and Fire Control Division on Sand Lake Road.
"Tech Solutions will play a role in the development of some of the newest, most innovative products coming out in the next few years," said Carol Ann Dykes, associate director of the UCF Incubator.
