Software Design Technologies, Inc (SDT) Acquisition
Triggers Graduation from Incubator

Orlando, Fla…, July 26, 2004…. Software Design Technologies (SDT), a provider of custom software products and services, and its subsidiary MedClaims RX, have been acquired by PremiereTech LLC, a unit of the PremiereTrade companies in Altamonte Springs. PremiereTrade is a growth leader in corporate acquisitions and development of financial software products.

PremierTech employed SDT to initially to design and develop a direct access trading platform. Within two months, the contract work evolved into discussions about acquisition as Premier learned more about SDT's products and customer base.

Adam Jones, SDT President, will remain as chief technical officer to continue to guide the development of software products developed by SDT and MedClaims..

Jones said he credits the opportunity with PremierTech to some of what he learned in the classes provided by the Incubator and by being a participant in the UCF Technology Incubator.

Obviously, this was a very attractive company with great potential to be acquired so early it's its existence says Tom O'Neal, chief executive officer of the Incubator. We're excited that the company will stay in the region and continue to positively impact the region's high tech economy.
