Perceptive Technologies™, LLC Relocates to Downtown Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. (March 22, 2006) -- Perceptive Technologies™, LLC, a software development firm with 10 professional employees, has relocated from St. Cloud, FL to the downtown facility of the University of Central Florida Technology Incubator located in the Angebilt Building at 37 North Orange Avenue, Suite 810.

“The move to downtown Orlando provides the company a more central location in the metro area. It enables Perceptive Technologies™ to attract highly qualified software developers, graphic specialists and technical writers; make more business development contacts; attend downtown events; and have access to all the other amenities involved in being downtown,” said Daniel White, CEO of the firm.

Opening its doors two years ago, Perceptive Technologies™ initially focused on general information technology support. White and partner Alan Bowman recognized the need for database driven business software development. Now the firm focuses on custom database driven software, along with documentation and training and web design for small and medium sized businesses.

“The field is wide open, and these are services most businesses need. Most off-the-shelf software meets only a portion of the needs of the purchaser, while the custom database driven software developed by Perceptive Technologies™ meets all the needs of our clients. Additionally, few companies have a great website or adequate documentation to consistently define their operational processes and procedures. And, integrated training is virtually non-existent,” White said.

Perceptive focuses on listening to the client, understanding their needs, and designing a solution that is tailored to those needs. The benefits to the client are the increased efficiency and streamlining of processes and procedures that result in a favorable return on investment.
