ORLANDO, Fla. (July 12, 2006) --- Revelation
Interactive Training Solutions (ITS), specializing in interactive
web-based sales training systems, won a significant multi-year
contract with Orlando-based Regal Marine Industries, Inc. to
provide training solutions to their company.
Michael Chriswell, President of Revelation ITS, a University
of Central Florida Technology Incubator client, said talks between
the two companies began a few months ago. After seeing
the uniqueness of the system and the built-in testing and reporting,
Regal decided to endorse the system to their worldwide dealership
network as a more effective way to train and manage their salespeople. In
a series of additional meetings, the Revelation ITS training
system was showcased to and endorsed by the majority of the seventy-five
licensed Regal Marine dealers in the U.S and Canada, Chriswell
said. The system will also be introduced to other Regal
dealers outside North America.
Chriswell said Revelation ITS will author, develop and produce
the custom sales training and role play curriculum, specific
to the Regal Marine sales process. In addition to the
sales training, a wide range of interactive video courses will
be produced on such topics as effective trade show techniques,
and proper boat delivery procedures.
Regal is considering adding several other types of training
such as product specific training or employee coaching, in the
hopes of using the system as a total training solution for their
entire dealer network. Individual dealers have indicated
interest in training courses specific to their dealership such
as hiring procedures and customer service.
Revelation ITS and Regal anticipate launching the initial training
system to dealers on or before October 1st of this year.
