Snapt’s On-Demand Marketing Software Already Adopted By Key Rental Property Management Companies Representing 5 Percent Of The Market; Company Eyes 40 Percent

ORLANDO, Fla. (August 29, 2007) --- An on-demand Enterprise Marketing Management software suite launched earlier this year by Snapt Inc. has already been adopted by management companies that represent over five percent of the U.S. rental property market.  Snapt hopes to boast a forty percent market share before the end of the decade.

Keith Caven, chief executive officer of Snapt, Inc., says his company’s on-demand features give them the winning edge in the market place. Property managers can choose from more than a dozen featured products that range from web site search engine optimization – simple management protocol designed to rank a property’s web site higher on search engines – to refined ‘resident interaction’ modules that substantially increase resident retention, rents and rent collections. Or they can adopt the whole spectrum of services.

“The first generation of software applications for rental property owners and managers focused on accounting procedures,” said Caven. “In effect, they were automated spreadsheets.”

A new generation of software engineers has married accounting procedures to marketing, customer service, maintenance schedules, tenant retention, corporate governance, even advertising productivity.

At Snapt, each function is available separately, ‘cafeteria style.’

“For clients who invested in costly website in the past that haven’t yet paid for themselves, individual Snapt features are the most cost-effective way to increase productivity and NOI,” Caven said. “We work with clients to help them get the most out of their existing enterprise controls and initiatives,” he said.

Caven, who built an international marketing division at GE handling numerous Fortune 10 companies, began developing his first rental property online marketing suite seven years ago and launched WebRentPro.com. He has since re-branded the firm to reflect his substantially expanded suite of modular, enterprise marketing management offerings.

“Our results have shown that we can provide a more cost effective solution than any other provider in the market today,” Caven said. “It’s just a matter of getting our message out to property owners and third-party managers. We can make their working life a whole lot simpler at very little cost,” he said. “Fortunately, we have never lost a customer in five years due to our proven results and our word of mouth advertising has really helped increase our credibility and market share.”
