that the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of John Martin of Virginia
Beach, VA to its board of directors. Mr. Martin has extensive corporate experience
including as the founder and president of Weight Loss Forever International,
Inc., a franchise operation with some two dozen locations in the southeast. As
the founder and president of that company, Mr. Martin helped formulate a line
of natural herb supplements that proved effective in the Weight Loss Forever
program. Mr. Martin also oversaw the corporate sites, addressed compliance of
the franchise sites and was responsible for all corporate governance. He nurtured
the company from its inception to a mature and very successful organization.
