Founders David Krinker and Mark Thomason of iConvene have created
a new online facility featuring a list of meetings-related service
providers in the local area to assist meeting planners in Central
Florida with organising small to medium size meetings.
For now meeting planners in Central Florida can use the new tool to help arrange
meetings using iConvene’s list of local meeting spaces, catering services,
equipment hirers, promotional product suppliers as well as event speaker and
entertainers.
Meeting-service providers and meeting spaces can also benefit from this new venture
as it allows them to sell their products and services online and focus on niche
markets and it also doesn’t require capital investment.
“iConvene helps users not only find the right venue, but also offers a
variety of other services to make the meeting a success. It is a one-stop online
shop for planning, booking and managing small and medium size events around Central
Florida,” said iConvene CEO and joint-founder, Mark Thomason.
iConvene is also a member of the University of Central Florida’s Incubator
program which helps new companies starting up. Through the program, iConvene
receives assistance from the university with its connections to businesses, service
providers of small and medium businesses as well as its experienced staff.
