ORLANDO, Fla., (March xx, 2009) --- BioTraits Inc., a biometric
technology company in Orlando that provides customized software and
hardware solutions for time & attendance tracking, and security access control and other identification/authentification needs, has agreed to acquire Reliable Tech Experts, Inc., also based in Orlando.
