ORLANDO, Fla. (March, xx, 2009)– SimSTAFF Technical Services, Inc., which recruits and places specialized workers with experience in engineering, modeling, simulation and gaming technology, has launched a new division to recruit workers for the gaming development division.
Craig Fouts, chief operating officer at SimSTAFF Technical Services,
said the firm’s new GameSTAFF division focuses on one of the fastest growing sectors of digital technology.
“Digital gaming technology is best known for its multi-billion dollar entertainment sector but the technology has wide practical applications as a critical component of our nation’s defense systems as well as corporate and individual security system services and technical training,” said Fouts.
The Central Florida region is a fertile market for digital gaming
technology, Fouts added.
“Central Florida’s prominent role in the development of simulation, modeling and training technology for the defense industry has led to major growth in digital gaming technology here,” Fouts
said.
SimSTAFF Technical Services is a client of the UCF Business Incubation
Program and located at the UCF Technology Incubator in the Central
Florida Research Park.
