The University of Central Florida, City of St. Cloud and Osceola
County officials recently broke ground on a new Business, Technology
and Research Center under construction at Stevens Plantation in St.
Cloud. Dr. Tom O'Neal, executive director of the UCF Business Incubation
Program, said the new facility will help accelerate new business
startups with guidance, advice and business skills. "New businesses that start here in Osceola County will not want to leave here," O'Neal said.
