Rollins College Center for Entrepreneurship

The primary purpose for the Center is to be a gateway to the "real world" of entrepreneurial business for countless students here at Rollins. To supplement traditional classroom teaching, we provide a variety of practical experiences, including seminars, workshops, mentoring programs, internships, consulting engagements with companies, and speakers both in and out of the classroom.

UCF College of Business Administration

The College of Business Administration advances the university’s mission and goals in providing intellectual leadership through research, teaching, and service. The college is striving to enhance graduate programs, while maintaining the strong undergraduate base. The college delivers research and quality business education programs at the undergraduate, masters, doctoral and executive levels to citizens of the State of Florida and to select clientele nationally and internationally.

UCF Center for Entrepeneurship & Innovation

CEI is UCF's academic entrepreneurship center. It is an initiative by the College of Business that serves as a hub for academic entrepreneurship across UCF’s many outstanding colleges and programs. CEI offers education and research resources to those who create value with new business ventures. Our offerings include entrepreneurship courses and programs, research facilities, networking opportunities, business plan showcase events, and access to a wide range of experienced advisors.

UCF Office of Research & Commercialization

The Office of Research & Commercialization at UCF fosters the creation of intellectual capital that can solve today's pressing problems, improve the quality of life, and provide an engine for economic growth.

UCF Office of Technology Transfer

The mission of the Office of Technology Transfer at the University of Central Florida is to proactively facilitate the transfer of technology from the University to the commercial sector through:

  • Enlightened technology transfer policies
  • Processes that efficiently and effectively reduce "off-the-shelf" technology inventory, and
  • Dedication to customers and being easy to do business with.

Our guiding principles are development of intellectual property assets, licensing them into the commercial sector, which leads to a return on investment for the University.

We envision an eventual contribution to the economic development within the Central Florida Region, the State and the Nation. UCF will be recognized as a contributor and leader in the future economic performance of the Central Florida Region.

UCF Orange County Venture Lab

The UCF Venture Lab is a joint initiative between the UCF Office of Research and Commercialization, the UCF College of Business, and Orange County, Florida. These three entities noted that there was an urgent need for a resource where entrepreneurs interested in launching technology businesses could turn to assistance in launching high technology ventures.

UF Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation

The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) at the University of Florida was founded in 2000 with one simple mission: to promote an entrepreneurial lifestyle in our students and to provide them with the tools and experiences needed to creatively pursue new opportunities and innovations.

UF Office of Technology Licensing
The Office of Technology Licensing (OTL) at the University of Florida was established in 1985 to work with inventors to facilitate the transfer of technologies created at UF to the commercial sector for public benefit. We are dedicated to assisting employees who feel they have something new and useful, that is potentially patentable or copyrightable.

USF Center for Entrepreneurship

The Center for Entrepreneurship is a multi-disciplinary, campus-wide center focusing on entrepreneurial education, training, and research.  The vision of the USF Center for Entrepreneurship is to create an internationally recognized Center of Excellence for educating and training entrepreneurial leaders using innovative, interdisciplinary approaches. The Center seeks to create unique learning opportunities through partnerships among students, faculty and community entrepreneurial leaders. These partnerships leverage the strengths of all participants to create a nationally recognized program which enables students, faculty and entrepreneurial leaders to develop the critical skills necessary to (1) identify new opportunities (2) accelerate the commercialization of new technologies and (3) create and grow successful new business ventures.
